I have one of these, it was a gift so I wasn’t aware where it came from till I saw this ad on Facebook. Two weeks after adopting a new cat, he was sleeping in the hammock when it suddenly snapped off and both he and it smashed into the ground. He was not permanently injured but was very sore and scared for some time. Next the upper platform and post snapped off and my other cat tumbled down with it, uninjured but terrified as it hit her on the way down. I have since thrown the rest of the tree out as I consider it dangerous.

I have to say I am very disappointed in the quality particularly given the seriousness of the damage and potential harm to my cats. Sorry to say I would not purchase these again, I’d give no stars if possible.

The quality could be better, but decent for the price. However it is notoriously difficult to assemble, it took me over three hours because the instructions are terrible (literally a single diagram) and none of the boards are labeled.

I dont regret buying it, but im bumping it down a few stars because it was so hard to assemble.

I bought this in December 2023 as a Christmas present for my cat. He’s almost one years old and weighs 4.5 kgs. he loves to sleep in the basket only it is just not strong enough to hold him well. As of February 2024 is two months of him using it, the pole the basket is on is bending so far forward I won’t be surprised if it breaks soon. the entire cat tree is very rickety and is not good quality plain and simple. If he jumps on the lower platforms the entire tree shakes, and I don’t even want to start on the highest platform either. it was bending the moment he layed on it for the first time. He no longer uses this platform. This cat tree is not a good idea if your cat is a kitten or small cat weighing less than 3.5-4 kgs. Please see the images for reference

Purchased this for two old girls to use the ramp to get their food, that plan didn't work the kittens love it sleep in basket which is very high for them
