I bought the sturdy cat tree on sale. For the price we paid, I am happy with the product. The size of the beds don’t measure to the 48cm as displayed which is a little annoying for us as we have big cats and was the selling point for me. However, I have had a number of excellent experiences with the company. The communication around postage was above expectations. I put it together wrong and thought I had one piece that wasn’t manufactured correctly but the customer service team was prompt with a reply, friendly and very helpful, guiding me to correct my building mistakes. I would recommend The Cat Den for purchases in the future.
